    takes a lot more than 30 minutes worth of walking for 10,000 steps. when I first started tracking, I was pissed after a hour and a half and only had like 8,000. It takes a good 2 hours plus your daily household stuff to get that many tips. I set out to do 15,000 but just don't have 3 PLUS hours everyday just for walking

    I’m 66 and these have completely healed my chronic left shoulder pain. “A mere 90 seconds…” I include it in supersets, but can’t get past 40. Usually 30. Oh well, one day.

    I see a lot of acceptance of age excuses. Don't think about age as a barrier. Be positive and do all the progression recommended. I'm 70 and conquered 90 seconds. Doing 65 seconds with 20# vest. I started doing five sets to failure whatever the was. Recover a minute.

    I'm 71 and have have worked up to 90 seconds over a month's time; heading to two minutes! I put my pull up apparatus up on concrete blocks so it is high enough to really HANG. I hate having to bend my knees to stay off the ground.

    I heard one fitness instructor say don't worry about the width or foot direction of your stance, or straight back in the beginning. Work on getting more upright and all the rest slowly. Hearing that took a load off my mind. I'm such a silly man sometimes. I started doing it a lot more. And improving!

    Big disinformation alert: what planet are you on? deep fried foods are not made with saturated fat unless you do it inside your own home. Saturated fats are from animal fats and coconut oil-which is what people need to be cooking with. Unfortunately restaurants and most uninformed people want to use cheap vegetable oil like soybean oil, canola oil, or corn oil. These are seed oil and they do no one any good and the fact that most of the time they are GMO makes it even worse. Your body knows what saturated fat is and knows what to do with it, it cannot deal with highly processed seed oil which worked better being burned for fuel inside a machine.

    Maybe cover something about getting skin cancers. I've had a few (Basel Cell) in my life and I'm 67 years old. I did spend some time in the sun but I was not a real "sun worshiper". Now, since I've had some skin cancers, I've become paranoid of being out in the sun now. Oh, and by the way, in the last decades I had put sun screen on me.

    Calories in vs Calories out is a terrible idea. If you eat only ice cream or pizza but be in caloric deficit you will not lose fat and will not be healthy. you might lose some muscle though. calories is all about energy but health is about nutrition. not just the macro (protein, fat, carbs) but also the micro (all the vitamins and hormones). The best way is the #carnivorediet

    there are 2 excersizes, do rice\sand bucket training, and dead hangs. forearms are easy to overtrain and they recover easly, but these two really burn your forearms, coz whole forearm muscles work. one set is enough. less is more.
